Butterfly Kyodai is a simple, gentle matching game, loved by many players because easily accessible, but it still requires observation and logical thinking.
In Butterfly Kyodai, you need to connect pairs of identical butterflies to make them disappear from the board. A pair is only connected if the connecting line between the two butterflies does not exceed three straight lines (with a maximum of two corners) and is not blocked by other cells. The game ends when all pairs are matched correctly within the time limit. If there are no more valid moves, the game will automatically shuffle the cells to continue.

The game interface features a grid with randomly arranged colorful butterflies. Above or next to it is a countdown timer, current score, and the number of remaining hints. You can use the Hint button to get pairing suggestions when you are stuck for ideas, or Shuffle to refresh all butterfly positions if there are no more valid pairs.
Butterfly Kyodai has various levels that increase in number and arrangement complexity. Time can also be shortened in later levels, requiring faster reflexes and better observation skills. Scores are added based on each butterfly pair matched. The faster you match, the higher the score and the more time is compensated. When you finish the level in a short time, you will also receive bonus points according to the remaining time.
