Game Modes
Exploder.io presents a series of challenges where you'll find yourself in mazes guarded by countless monsters. To escape the maze, you need clever bomb-placing tactics to wipe out the monsters and create new paths. Test your combat skills and strategy in three game modes in this bomb-placing io game.
- Quick Battle: Your opponents are not only the monsters in the maze but also 5 random players. The last one standing wins.
- Play with Friends: Invite friends to join the survival battle in your private game room. The rules are similar to Quick Battle mode.
- Survival: Confront waves of monsters constantly appearing. A true test of both your bomb-placing speed and reflexes.

- WASD / Arrow keys: Move through the maze.
- Space: Place bombs.
- LMB: Select game mode and navigate the game.
Exploder.io Gameplay Strategy
- Flexible Movement: Monsters appear constantly and move all over the maze. Move quickly, get close enough to place bombs, and run to safety before the bombs explode.
- Collect Power-ups: There are many types of power-ups in Exploder.io. They can be hidden in walls and appear when a bomb explodes. Collect them to move faster or get more bombs.
- Block Monsters/Opponents with Bombs: Combine wall placement and bomb placement to surround your monsters or opponents with bombs. Pay attention to safe distances, ensuring you are safe from your own bombs.
