Geometry Jump is an adventure game that takes you on a journey with a block moving through a long, winding corridor. The gameplay is simple: Control the block to jump and avoid the triangles. Crashing into or jumping into triangles will result in failure.

The novelty in this game compared to many other Dash games lies in the glowing halos scattered throughout the adventure. They act like launchpads, propelling the block further. They usually appear when you are about to face a long series of obstacles that a normal jump won't be able to overcome. When the blocks hit obstacles, they explode, creating a beautiful firework display.
